Just a few lines to thank you, your roof gang and office staff for the total professional way in which you all handled our hail damage claim. You gave us an approximate starting date which was about what you said. The roof gang worked in a very professional manner and all got on extremely well and always left the place in a tidy manner. The office staff headed by Candice always kept us in touch with truck deliveries and so on and overall we were extremely happy with the finished product. I would have no hesitation in recommending your roofing company ‘Hats For Houses’ to anyone who needed your services for any roofing work. Once again, thanks to all above personnel and keep up the good work. -2014-

My name is C Goodman and I own a property in Oxenford, Qld. My partner & I have just had an insurance claim through AAMI for hail damage to our roof in the November 2012 storm, we have been very happy with the quality of service from AAMI and HATS FOR HOUSES who were appointed by AAMI to do the roof restoration. My first contact from HATS FOR HOUSES was from Hayley who was extremely happy & helpful in all phone contacts including setting the appointment for Geoff Finegan to inspect and appraise the the damage to the roof. When Geoff arrived, he was on time and very helpful in answering my questions in regards to the hail damage on the roof. When the roofing crew (Mick, Joel & Woolley) arrived at 6.30am to start renewing the roof they got straight into ripping the damaged roof off and 13 hours later after sunset and having only one 1/2 hour break, they had the new roof back on, at the end of the day these guys were still able to smile and be satisfied (not to mention me) with the work they had achieved and only required one more full day to finish the job which they broke into two half days as they had other roofing jobs under way at the same time. Our thanks go to these guys cause without their commitment we wouldn't have a new roof on the house in one day. Our congratulations also go to Geoff Finegan for employing top quality staff in his company and i believe this is one company that will continue to grow in strength. Please do not hesitate to call me if anyone wants to confirm any statements I have made. -2014-

Hats4houses was contracted to carry out the small works on my property after the hail storm took its toll in early December 2012. The works were completed 1 month ago and I am very happy with the standard to which the work was completed. I am pleased that my roof now looks brand new and feel confident that Jeff and his team have added to the value of my home. Thanks Hats4houses -2014-

Hats for Houses were chosen by Stream and the RACQ to remove and replace our hail-damaged patio roof. Mr Geoff Finegan and his crew did a very professional job. His advice was not to replace the roof as per existing sandwich foam insulation, but to use a foam with a trimdeck top sheet, as this would provide a lasting weather-proof cover and eliminate the use of silicon sealant, which was likely to be less durable. This he undertook at his own cost. The work was carried out safely and cheerfully and no damage was caused to either the removed or replacement sheeting. He willingly assisted in my adding a small extension for which there was no charge. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company for any future work." -2014-

Just recently, Mr Geoff Finegan of ‘Hats For Houses’, was engaged by RACQ to undertake a further review of our claim, after the most recent inspection by another roofing company confirmed that the damage to our property, over two successive years was not caused by a roof leak. Geoff Finegan was a breath of fresh air. Quite frankly, he was the first person, who actually absorbed my explanation of the events that had caused damage to my property and the first person, who made any sense at all in his logical appraisal of the matter. After carrying out a water test, undertaken over several hours with a hose pipe, trained against two different areas of the bulkhead adjacent to the balcony, Geoff Finegan uncovered the problem; by re-creating the ‘driving rain event’, with the hose pipe, he was always confident that he would find the source of the leak - which he duly did.‘ Hats off’ to ‘Hats for Houses’, for their care, logic and expertise. -2014-
